About the Company
SeeBurg Key Management Solutions Co., Ltd. was founded in China’s Suzhou (Jiangsu) region in 2020 to provide interim management for foreign invested SMEs in China.
Whether it is a project for which the client doesn’t have the internal headcount or expertise, or whether it is the conventional temporary filling of a gap at one of the key positions in the entity –having a trustworthy and experienced partner available on short notice gives the client safety and, in cases of an unexpected resignation, the time to choose the best possible permanent job holder for the long term.
While the client will definitely benefit from a wide knowledge base and experience in China, the main purpose of an assignment is always clearly hands-on and not consulting.
An external manager as a “service” is not only immediately available (no hiring required), but is also free from own “interests” and politics in the company, allowing him to focus only on the job without considering his long-term career perspectives in that company.
